It was planned all along - create a crisis and get the people on Dangote's side.

If you know Nigerian consumption and what dangote is producing currently you won't say this. Operational issues can also result in reduction of supply of PMS to the domestic market. Dangote can only supply the equivalent of the supply given to his refinery by the the NNPC to the domestic market, shutdown issues, in-service maintenance and commissioning of the plant isn't even at 70% efficiency. Nigerian consumption is at 50milion per day at current production to today dangote is at half of that value leading to fuel insecurity if they follow your advice

NNPC needs to bring theirs online to achieve fuel security for the nation.
