Is Dr Onuoha a member of a political party? appini:If Dr Onuoha is a member of a political party, then he should not be a resident electoral commissioner (REC). This issue should have been addressed long before now. If there are concerns about Dr Onuoha's relationship with a federal minister or former governor, but no concerns about his membership of a political party, then the matter is somehow. |
