So make the people dey die of hunger dey go simply because dem wan wait for one western country?

In as much I support feeding the population using any legal means necessary, I believe other options would have been sourced like selling the animals (elephants) to wildlife sanctuaries abroad to get more foreign exchange to purchase cows and other domestic protein sources.
Unless na elephant meat dey hungry them make them talk.

I'm abit curious does elephant meat taste good??

I don't support unnecessary killing of wild life but their reasons and analysis seem valid and understandable.

God created animals to be eaten. no sensible person will die of hunger when there is meat even vegetarians will eat meat if nothing is available to eat

Yet there is a near-straight path from Mutare, Zimbabwe through, Chimoio and Beira both in Mozambique to the Indian Ocean where there is plenty of water. Instead of spending the billions they make from gold and other extractive resources on channeling water to Zimbabwe through Mozambique to irrigate the land and combat the drought, the ruling class will rather use that money to enrich themselves.

Madagascar faced similar proportion of atrocious drought last year too and it's becoming clear that climate change is giving the world serious problems.

Which climate change? If man has shown potential to cause climate change why can't the same mankind alter it to benefit themselves? Well, the short answer is that Africans are busy stealing, looting, and pillaging their own land. If they wanted, they could end the drought but the money that could end the drought will be stolen by some stupid black man who will squander the money on girlfriends, trips, alcohol, and other forms of trash!
