Good day sir/ Maa. I'm very new to this forum but please I have two questions to ask I will be glad if I can get answer today, First: I submitted canada visitor visa three months ago, in the biodata form I only state it there that I was refused canada visitor visa on September 2022, I forget to include it there that I was also refused France visiting visa in 2019 but I was told by some friends that canada only share the Biometric information with USA, UK, New Zealand and Australia that France is not included so I should be at peace. Pls I want to ask sir/maa how true it is or what should I do. 2nd question: on that same Biodata form there is a place where they mention if I have National identity document number I tick No but last week I was discussing with my friend abt it and she said the national identity document they are referring to is the same as my NIN number in my International passport but have already tick no wen filling the form. Pls is it the same thing and if is d same wot should I do. Note: I did everything by myself I'm not using any agent. |

Debbieeeeeee:Thank you, did you pay DHL for returning or just one way delivery? Also, did you put any receipts along side the package?? I’m submitting for 2 people, the paper for the contact details, is to have the information of the primary applicant or each applicant is to have theirs? Thanks for your feedback. |

bamigboye27:When you pay via the bank, either online or at a branch, the evidence of your payment, using the beneficiary name: Canada Logistic Collection Account, is proof of your transmission fee being paid. Just include that in your submission. |

Debbieeeeeee:Hello bro. I am applying for my 2 kids canada visit visa. I have gotten mine for 8 years. I am using my account to apply for them by creating a family group for them ( i am not involved since have gotten mine). The question now is, will i click ''representative filling the form on their behalf;;? since they are still kids and can't fill it by themselves. If that is the case, that means i will fill the Representative online form and submit, right?

Please house I need help. My brother applied for Canada visa. He submitted his application by February and had his biometric capturing on 27th March. He received a refusal message today. The reasons for his visa denial are as follow 1.Your assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel for yourself (and any accompanying family member(s), if applicable). 2. The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application. My questions are: 1. Can he reapply? If yes, what's the duration of stay before re application? 2. What is a country visa that is easy to get now? |

Dfather1:Did they put anything like appeal there and if there's none he has to stay 6months duration or he can try EU countries |
| Re: Canada Visit/tourist Visa Discussion. by Jeboy(m): 9:17pm On Sep 17, 2024 |
If there is no ban, he can reapply anytime he deems ready to but it is advisable to get the gcms notes (which will state the explanation for the visa officer refusal of his application). With the details of the gcms notes, he can then correct all the concerns of the visa officer which sometimes may take time on its own to fix. It is after then he does have a chance to get approval if he reapplied. Else, it will be another gamble to throw away 100 CAD, huge PoF profile and 6 month waiting time Dfather1: |

I’m sorry for your refusal. Your salary is 1M Opening balance was 7m, whilst closing balance was 30m. Assuming this is a 6 months statement, That means you accrued 23X your salary in 6 months. If you didn’t sell a property or received some sort of bonus someplace, that looks like fundsparking and it makes your application look bad. Ramaii: |
| Re: Canada Visit/tourist Visa Discussion. by uchennay: 10:52pm On Sep 17, 2024 |
Dfather1:Yes, he can reapply, but given the current situation in Canada, if your brother has no family in Canada or a good travel history, it's better for him to avoid Canada for now and look elsewhere. However, I cannot suggest any specific country since I don't know your brother's skills or plans with the visitor visa. I know of a student who was rejected, even after adding more funds and paying additional school fees, and still got refused a second time—and that was a student, not even a visitor! |
| Re: Canada Visit/tourist Visa Discussion. by Jeboy(m): 3:08am On Sep 18, 2024 |
Wow, I never even thought about his refusal in that direction. For me, my balance even came down from 20m to like 2m cos I was paying my spouse tuition and living expenses and it later rose to over 20m courtesy bonuses and salaries (attached). My immigration support advised me to print from the 20m opening balance to closing balance in excess of 20m plus for my 6 months statement. I didn't know such details matters in funding profile of an applicant. Opeyemi007: |

Even though you did not specify that you were denied France visa, it doesn’t matter if the you tick other boxes your visa will be issued. The only question I will ask you, is if you addressed the reasons for your refusal stated on the refusal letter. Nikkyy1: |

You can also share more context for better advice. 1) Is your brother and family trying to visit a person with status in Canada like a student, worker, PR or Citizen? 2) Is it a tourist visit with no one in particular in Canada 3) Of course I am not sure it's for conference Sharing his case scenerio can also give us visibility about his reapplication chances if we get a gcms note. Although someone has given the current situation in Canada now as per Visit application which is really the truth. Dfather1: |
