Please I need recommendations for a laptop that can last for about 10 hours with light browsing and Whatsapp.

The power bank is a much better option.
Google such laptops with long battery life and compare the prices with standard laptops and a power bank.
I don't think you can get a used Laptop with 10 hours of battery life for less than 500k.
But if mobility is essential for you, then simply get a good laptop with a detachable battery and buy 1 or 2 spare batteries for it.
Problem solved.
