Exousiang01:There is something called waivers, which can come in a form of an EO from the President, Nigeria should prioritize her citizens first. Speaking of loses are your saying Nigeria was not running at a loss when they where paying Trillions of Naira for subsidies? You talk about the IOCs (in this case crude oil supply) as if we are talking about an external entity, I want to ask you which country owns the crude oil being sold to Dangote? |

Eriokanmi:Please show us evidence that Oando is one of those 3 marketers earmarked for importation of petrol and their acceptance to do that. |

Eteka1:Not with Tinubu borrowing loans to pay loans, CBN printing trillions of naira daily, banks being recapitalized or minimum wage been increased in naira. Forget about naira appreciation and price reduction and plan how to survive the disaster awaiting Nigeria been an oil dependent economy when renewable energies and electric cars are taking over. Dangote refinery is a futureless project. |

Gboss247:(1) Jordan and many other Arab Gulf countries are also oil dependent economies yet no disaster. So your assertion is wrong. (2) It will take more than a decade for Nigeria and other African countries to totally switch to electric cars. It hasn't even happened yet in the US, Europe, Australia, China, India, Canada etc. Despite the available infrastructure. So you are wrong again about that. |

Eriokanmi:You are one of the few who seem to understand the game Tinubu and his comrades in crime have been playing in the oil market. He has successfully sold a narrative to some morons, that importation is meant to curtail Dangote's monopoly. Some fools have actually swallowed this hook line and sinker and are here pontificating about it. All the dramatic hike in thr price of pms was all planned out to prepare the market for the sales of his products from malta through OVM. Dangote, who has the capacity to supply fuel to the whole of west Africa and beyond, is now unable to meet up with Nigerias demand, hence they have to import to fill up the gap. This is another cooked up narrative for some dull Nigerians. Nigerians can believe anything shall, that's why I think we deserve all the shit we get from our leaders. |

004gist:Very soon NNPC will be retired by Dangote. They are just trying to appear as if they are still relevant to the country. |

Eteka1:It is the same Middle Eastern countries that have a booming tourism industry which is one the largest forex avenue compare the to the peanut called oil money. The China is mentioned has the largest number of electric cars by country while Europe is number one by continent with China been the major supplier. The African you are looking up to has more electricity and electric cars, trains than Nigeria. |
