Do you think if they really want to arrest him, his officers attached to him by the same federal government will stop the EFCC operation?
One phone call and those officers protecting Bello will withdraw immediately.
Until Nigeria has a leader who is ready to make the nation better, EFCC is nothing without the President's order

The current EFCC Chairman is a coward, fifth columnist, Anarchist, destabilizer, talkative & attention seeker. Man's giving Yahaya Bello, his supporters & detractors alike the canon fodder they need to point out the unprofessionalism in the activities of the EFCC.

For goodness sake, the former governor after months of hiding eventually presented himself to the EFCC and after waiting to be taken into custody or interrogated, he was subjected to neither and he took his leave; what happened to slapping the cuffs on him the moment he stepped on their premises or when he was about leaving? Why wait till middle of the night in a gestapo manner to forcefully abduct a suspect who had already presented himself to you after months of hiding?

If this isn't self-sabotage by the EFCC, I don't know what else to call it.

Nigerian police are very unprofessional. You don't have to shoot when there's no threat or when you are not in a battle with someone. Just arrest and leave.
