Na wa o, did you read the part where it is told he visited their office.and was told to go? Why didn't they arrest him on that visit?

...they could not arrest him because the kogi state governor was there with his securities shielding and protecting Yaya bello.. from detaining him.

Then why should the governor accompany Yaya bello to the EFCC office.....the EFCC said Yaya bello should had come with his lawyers not the governor to avoid any confrontation with the governor and his security men ..the responsibility of the governor was to provide good goverance to kogi people not to be shielding and protecting Yaya bello in EFCC office with his security men

If they were serious, Kogi governor will not leave Abuja without Bello in their custody. They are just not serious.

The governor has right of association constitutionally nothing wrong in that, that doesn't stop anyone from arresting any person around him. Is security men not in kogi state Governor lodge that they went?

The EFCC were told that the Yahya Bello that came to their office was a clone. So, they had to go after the original at night
