I know you all hate to admit northerners have been designing and using electric cars and electric tricycles long before IIGB0S even knew what electric car was. Electric cars have been in use at commercial level for many years in the north but primitive and ignorant IP0B are just seeing it for the first time. Innoson is not the 1st, 2nd or 3rd to make electric car in Nigeria and you can choke on that fact

There are 44 local governments in Kano state but the Pandora criminal called Obi went to campaign in the only one local government in and arear called Sabon-Gari that has significant percentage of Igbos. Peter Obi did not even bother to campaign in the remaining 43 local governments in Kano and he was magically expecting win the elections maybe because he thought INEC will not count Hausa votes.

In Nigeria, five days is everything. It means, I charge my car during the weekend, light or no light, solar or generator or whatever it is and by Monday, I am off to work. I would not care about hearing the price of fuel first thing on a Monday Morning or anytime of the week. Rather its cost of electricity that would be my problem.
For public transporters thats a gold mine. How many litres of fuel would you take to charge it compared to running your vehicle - super far less.

You are absolutely right but my point is not everyone can afford brand new car at the moment but for those who can afford it I believe innoson has a cheaper rate than foreign cars

Which power will support the charging network/infrastructure you are talking about? On top of the measly 5,000Mw of electricity NEPA is struggling to distribute?
Each electric vehicle would require at least 60Kwh to fully charge. Now imagine having just 100,000 electric cars requiring charging everyday.

To add to what you are saying, I know very well that when we use the water pump in my house, the units on the meter zap away like lightning. It stands to reason therefore that charging an electric vehicle will similarly zap the already expensive "Band A" units. Therefore, whether you are using NEPA or Generator (Fuel prices have increased) to charge your electric car, you will still be paying through your nose, and I can easily imagine that to get a full charge may be as expensive as getting a full tank.
