So guys three days go, I rented an apartment (a single room) cos I was so desperate to get it and I paid the money that same day when they said that someone else is also on the house.

So today when I got there to wash the room, I discovered that there's a Grave beside the window outside. I told the landlord that I don't think I can stay there again. Even requested to take the other vacant room instead since there is, but he said that the vacant room belong to another person. So I'd to request for refund, he said the money has been sent to the person that owns the particular room (the one I paid for), that he doesn't think the money can be refunded.

I have not even collected the receipt no fill any agreement yet cos I was supposed to do that today.

What do I do plss, somebody help 🙏 some of these money I borrowed it from palmpay

Put it up for rent. Find someone to rent it and collect the money directly. Simple. Find a cardboard, write SINGLEE ROOM FOR RENT with your number. Place is on the road side.

report what crime to the police station exactly? no crime was committed.
