Truth be told, my worst enemy now is Masturbation, I am 28yrs now with a woman and two handsome boys but ridiculously, I still masturbate, it’s eating me up and am getting depressed over this addiction.

Masturbation is reducing me, both physical and spiritually, I feel drained.

Everything is shutting down on me, and I have no one to talk to about this, am really scared my wife will get to know about this and right now things are getting out of hand.

Am facing a lot of trauma, my business isn’t moving anymore and I can’t stop Masturbating.

I can be having sex with my wife and still be masturbating.

This have caused me to have no limit over my sexual life, and whenever am having sex, I feel an extra energy within me that makes me sex for so long without getting tired.


It’s killing me slowly within, right now I’ve developed a waist problem and I don’t know the next damage this will cause me again.

Your problem is psychological. You have blamed a lot of things on masturbation so your current reality is tied to it. It's not about the masturbation, it's about how you have interpreted it....

While masturbation is a bad addiction, it has nothing to do with all those things you mentioned. The moment you realize that you'll make progress in life. Give your business attention. Give your family attention. That way you'll give masturbation less attention. Your goal should be to reduce the number of times you do it till it posses no threat to you.

To understand what I mean, many people blame masturbation for erectile dysfunction. But here you are blaming it for lasting long in bed. If done seldomly, masturbation doesn't have anything to do with other aspects of your life.

Of a truth, most of the people you know, male and female, engage in masturbation. So don't think you're alone

When your stand with God is defined, it provokes his backing.

Since i took the stand to quit masturbating, i now have unusual sense of control because the Holy Spirit moves in to help you when He sees your genuine heart and sincerity.

So its actually not about the Vow, its your remorseful heart that counts, its the Holy spirit that will do the work.

In my quest to stop masturbation, the holy spirit showed me the concept of SEX TRANSMUTATION, its an ancient concept.

when next you next you feel the urge to masturbation, just go and start working out, you can do 100 push ups, squats, run etc, thats the concept of sex transmutation, you are converting the sexual energy to physical energy. you can also use the same energy to chase money, study etc. Good luck

There are 3 layers to Masturbation.

Masturbation begins as casual fun on the physical level. At this level, you see it as a mere activity that leaves you tired.

You gradually get hooked at the mental level. This is the point where you can no longer resist your cravings. You become addicted.

Subconsciously, this addiction establishes a connection to your spiritual being. You become spiritually rooted and enslaved to this addiction. To quit masturbation, you need to, firstly attack it at the spiritual level.

You're contending with a strong man- the spirit of lust. It's a very stubborn spirit. And it never goes away. The only sure way to overcome this spirit is to have it cast out by inviting the right spirit nto your heart- the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit binds it and plunderis its goods- you.

Mark.3.27 - No one can enter a strong man's house and plunder his goods, unless he first binds the strong man. And then he will plunder his house.

Pastors might be able to cast it out but the bulk of the work rests on you filling your heart with the Spirit and Word of God. Cos like I said, it is stubborn and will keep coming back, even with stronger spirits.
