I know some people will remember me, my car is a Nissan Sunny Ex Saloon 2004 model. The car had issues which I have been trying to get to the root since April but now it worse. The car was showing Check engine light which ones it shows it the car won't accelerate again and goes off, now the scanner shows it the MAF sensor which I did changed by a mechanic, yet same problem. So I was referred to a supposed Nissan Electrical specialist who said he knows the issue and can correct it, my car has spent, 2months plus with him but because I wasn't around I couldn't visit him, now the car won't even RAISE(i.e the noise that a car make when you depressed the throttle while car Is parked). He said it the ECU, yet when he brought another one, still the same, he said it MAF sensor, but the MAF sensor in my car was used on a Nissan Armada and it RAISED but it still acting as if the MAF sensor is bad when plugged in my car. The car is in Ikorodu, please if you know the solution to this come and help me, am getting tired already, it been 3months now that have been jumping bike and trekking. GAZZUZZ, Diportivo, Nisspart, Tpound....... et al please come to my rescue. |

Omo that is the issue with that car oo as rugged as the car is mine had the same issue......one permanent fix someone told me about is to convert it to cable throttle......though I did not convert mine just sold it like that .....but if you need the number of someone that use to fix it in ladipo pm me so I can share his number with you |

I once had an encounter with Nissan Primera P11-144 with QG18DE engine. It was nice car with maximum performance like Corolla, but when issue started like yours and got worst later, it was then the car open my eye to modern car tech. Op, that your Nissan car is simple ti troubleshoot among Nissan car. First Scan the car, get the code and it will lead to your problem. Note that not all code is faulty sensor, rather pointing to mechanical related problems. Who know your root cause might be timing related issue like mine then. if you have a number to call you, I may give you remote support. |

I got a renowned Nissan rewire to work on it ,he said it the Brainbox,which I gave him money to get another one,yet the brainbox didn't work with it properly,so I gave up but the most unfortunate part was after 2 weeks of selling it to Owode Onirin,I saw the car parked on a car stand for sale at Owode Onirin,meaning the Owode Onirin people have fixed the issue, because the car is very clean,so it was not butchered. calculation: |
