Realtruth2023:Who told you I supported balablu? Me that always curse people that voted for Tinubu every morning 🌅? Look, I am pro Yoruba and not a Tinubu supporter. I love this woman because she is a Yoruba, who ever she supported is her personal opinion and she is entitled to it. I voted for Sowore, na my own choice be that. I have always told you guys to stop seeing every Yoruba person as Tinubu supporter. Una no dey hear word. Many yorubas voted for peter obi, if that incompetent religious bigot had won, many of you will claim no Yoruba voted for him. |

LZAA:You all should take your commerce sector out of Lagos and the West nobody is forcing or begging you to stay. Agbo and lace are also commerce. Kids on NL wants to explain more to me, what do you know? How old are you? Yes there are other tribes in Lagos doing businesses but they don't make silly noises and brag like you arrogant Igbos. You all talk evil about Yorubas but you won't leave their land. Pathetic set of people! |

[quote author=OkpaNsukkaisBae post=132087021] The Irish electorate just taught her how to respect her host. Now she has two options, go to court or go back to Ogbomosho [Same way Igbos must be taught how to respect their hosts in Yorubaland.] |

Lizzysamuel:It was just a mere nomination she announced, and someone else who was equally nominated got selected. Thats the reality of representative democracy, it's not a must to win all the time. Those who cant stomach defeat don't deserve victory in a democracy Nothing is amiss or warrant tears and tantrums here except for immature folks |

Brendaniel:Yorubas are not even against anyone outsider working or holding leadership position within their space. They've never frown at you being one of them as long as you respect the reasonable and sensible clause. Before Gbarebo came onboard, many non-Yorubas have had access to jobs, appointments and even elective positions (that were in some cases denied even the Yorubas). In the TESCOM recruitment done in Oyo state few years back, many non-indigenes (Non-Yorubas to be specific) that applied were employed while many indigines were denied the job. Just ask yourself, how qualified is Gbarebo for the position he was vying for. You want people to endorse him because he contested under LP and supported your lord and savior. That is ridiculous. Gbarebo was told to go to where he belongs not because of his Igbo identity but because of the palpable contempt he showed for a group, culture and people he covets to govern. You can't accurately respresent the interst of the people you disrespect or hate to be part of. It's impossible! That's the clause. If you as a stranger must live in a place, drink and eat from people's pot you must show utmost respect for those people. Even if you don't understand them, tolerate them. If you must correct them, correct them with love. Be ready to be a part of them. If Gbarebo contests again tomorrow, I wish he loses again and again. And it is ironic that a lot of you wish Lagos ill, you lament over every progress the states makes, you public declare it a state that should be deserted and made to take to forlorn, you want investors to avoid the state so as to feed your bitter ego. Now when election comes near, you become an emergency lover of the state you so much hate. If you want people to treat you equal as the indigenes, start showing genuine love and concern for the progress of the space that have benefited you and your forebears. |

jaxxy:Chinedu GRV is an Ibo guy. He doesn’t think in Yoruba and he supports IPOB. If an American support Alqaeda openly and frolick with Russia, do you think the USA people will see him as an American enough to trust him with power? As for Jimi Agbaje, he is proud Yoruba. However, he miscalculated by giving non-Yoruba a say in his campaign to make it look like it is them against us. Naturally, people will retaliate in votes. Yoruba land politics must be decided by the Yoruba people. Non-Yoruba should stay out of our politics. |

babtoundey:Please what qualifications are you talking about? What was Sanwo Olu's qualifications before he was made governor ? So we wish Lagos ill and we buy land and build houses, open businesses in the very same Lagos, give birth and even contribute to social development ? Tinubu did you guys dirty with this propaganda and you guys fall so cheaply for it just because he wants to hold on to power in Lagos... |
| Re: Yemi Adenuga Loses Selection In Ireland Elections by jaxxy(m): 4:07pm On Sep 21, 2024 |
LegendHero:So there are no non yorubas in apc or what are u saying? is joe igbokwe yoruba? u are just weaponizing bigotry to run ur self agenda there is nothing like non yoruba support yoruba that is an issue just that those non yoruba refused to vote apc. Period. |
| Re: Yemi Adenuga Loses Selection In Ireland Elections by LegendHero(m): 4:13pm On Sep 21, 2024 |
jaxxy:Yes there are non-Yoruba in APC but the interest of APC is pro-Yoruba in leanings so irrespective of the other tribe in it, it is still okay. It’s simple, Yoruba interest must reign supreme in Yorubaland. If tomorrow NNPP represent Yoruba interest, we vote for them. Listen up, you can call us beeegot but Yorubaland election will be decided by Yoruba people. If you like cry today and tomorrow, we don’t give a bleep! Go back home if your hand is aching you to influence politics. Why is that too hard to ask? |

LegendHero:Bt when u go to UK or US and they tell u white will determine what happens there u cry racism? Do u see how small minded u are? u think lagos can be what it is by only yoruba interests or activities? Untill u accept reality ur party of bigots will never be accepted by other tribes and even if u win by hook or crooks u will not achieve true development cos bigotry and racism never brought about true development. Their discrimination and hate must pull them down eventually. |
| Re: Yemi Adenuga Loses Selection In Ireland Elections by LegendHero(m): 4:38pm On Sep 21, 2024 |
jaxxy:I don’t like too much back and forth. Just take on thing from this our conversation. Yorubaland politics will be determined by Yoruba people. Anywhere we want is where our politics must go. I love how that is headache for you. I want all Yoruba enemies to keep having chronic headache. |
| Re: Yemi Adenuga Loses Selection In Ireland Elections by Godfullsam(m): 4:52pm On Sep 21, 2024 |
SpatialKing:The Irish gave her a fair platform to contest because she did not insult her host. She did not label them dirty, coward, lazy people etc. Above all, she did not call their land a no man's land. The igbos were equally treated with fairness before, we have seen many commissioners and other political appointees from the SE in Lagos state. But when you people suddenly became silly 😜, the yorubas decided to place you where you belong. It is what it is... |
| Re: Yemi Adenuga Loses Selection In Ireland Elections by babtoundey(m): 4:53pm On Sep 21, 2024 |
Brendaniel:Everything should not be a tribal game. Remove your sentiment for or against Tinubu and look at it from an unbiased purview. Gbarebo's obvious disqualification and and greatest undoing is his contempt and dissociation from the people he wish to govern. But you all refused to see him for what he is. Not everyone will be deceived. And stop comparing Sanwoolu with Gbarebo. Sanwolu performance shows he deserves reelection. But to you lot, it must be about sentiment. He is attached to the man you dislike and so must be replaced by someone who uses words carelessly on social media Wow! You now remember a place you build your house and home is definitely your home. But tomorrow, you will want to project the negative side of that same house and warn investors to avoid it.. |

LegendHero:Do I look like a bothered about anything ure saying? I'm speaking this way only cos I know the importance if unity and the decline that comes with bigotry. U have now created a government of bigot by bigots for bigots what has it done for u or achieved? Nothing! who is suffering igbos or Hausas or Yorubas? It's everybody. Don't use bigotry to mask ur narrow political and party agendas. |
