I make around 130-140k depending on how business goes, I save around 50k to prepare for uncertainties in the future. Ofcos I am future proof and I have enough savings to maneuver in the future.

Most people work in the day time. So you need breakfast to provide all the nutrients you need for the day's activities. Unfortunately, some people will claim they take 3 square meals without taking breakfast. What you actually need is 1 square meal, which is breakfast, any other meal is complimentary. You also need to avoid eating late at night because the food may not digest properly. So, as you are thinking about your budget for food also note that you need to eat appropriately.
