I think it's because they are not usually convinced about the choice to make.When u love a candidate and personally convinced about the candidate,no amount can buy u.We have experienced it multiple times in Edo.In the presidential election last year,most voters wanted peter obi,in Edo South and no amount of votes buying could change that.I remember in 2011 national assembly election in Edo South, people rejected Daisy danjuma #5k to vote uzamere because of oshiomhole.
