Hey guys pls I need advise on how to get a trusted dealer for solar kits in Lagos or Benin .
I want one luminous batters tubular 220ah or any good Batery brand .
Felicity 2.5kva inverter
250 watts Canadian panel . 4
Felicity charge controller 60amps
Wires 6mm
Since you want one tubular battery, I don't think you'll use a 2.5kva inverter, that size will ultimately require you use more batteries to make sense for required capacity (2.5kva) that you need. What I'll suggest is to get a 24v system, instead of the 12v system you have in mind, and change the batteries to lithium batteries, there are cheaper alternative in the same price range, like the proposed tubular batteries, such as those lithium 12v batteries that you can series made by Taico and PowMr sold locally in Nigeria

Is the SRNE wired as three phase or single phase? This location can say bye bye to NEPA, or whatever they call themselves now. Good job

Be careful what you ask for.
> The Felicity 2.5KVA that exists is IVPM2512 (12V) or IVPM2524 (24) (They are both Hybrid Transformer Inverters with inbuilt 120A MPPT) and they might be out of stock world wide except clones or refurbished.
> There's no 250W Canadian Solar Panels in production or circulation as at today, maybe in used panels though.
> Since the inverter you mentioned is a Hybrid Inverter with inbuilt 120A MPPT, why do you still need and 60A Charge Controller?
> Your choice of wire is good.

If you got this list from an Installer. Use you tongue to count your teeth.

Nice.

Many have said the same thing and research shows that lifepo4 should be charged and discharged at 0.2-0.3C for longevity.

Hello Snr Men and Women, I have a dilemma. I have a small 1.5KWh System and a 1kva hybrid SMS 12v inverter rated for a max pv of 600w. However, I do not have any solar panels because my landlord has refused to grant permission. My question is, has anyone tried placing panels on the ground and what was the outcome of the experience?

I was looking at going for foldable solar panels from EcoFlow, but looking at the cost comparison, a 550w Jinko panel costs far less than 160w Ecoflow.

Thank you!

Placing the panels on the floor or ontop a vehicle can be an effective way out.
(But every morning you go dey lift panels up and down grin)

However,Have you considered erecting a detachable platform within the compound

The physical effort involved is my major issue. My landlord is a UK-based guy so he is not on the ground to see the realities. He does not want any wack structure, and I cannot say I want to install a carport in another person's house. I just saw that they are looking at increasing the band A tariff, that scares me, I won't lie. 120k monthly on electricity without air con is not fun at all.

12v system is good bro.
Load less than 1000w is cool.
The cost of just 1 battery is almost not affordable not to talk of 2.

You need just 2 blocks to create a good elevation. If kids are not around and security is not an issue, why not.

Is the building very close to the fence?
You can use the fence to erect the structure.

I just pray you will see a honest seller otherwise sorry may be your second name.
For plan B, I will advise you state your loads, adjust your budget and go for a new system with reliability.

My boss I understand that why I am seeking other people's opinion.
The load is 500w - 700w.

Thanks boss. 1500w would be too much for the application. 500w or 700w should be adequate. What is the name of the tokunbo market?
