They're deceiving you and you're buying into their hanky panky. The ultimate aim is to milk you as usual so you continue to take sides while they smile to the bank.

I'm happy to have overgrown their shenanigans
Milk you by employing you to work in the refinery and sell fuel to you?
How else are they milking you please huh

Nnpc bought dangote fuel at #746 . If you do 15% of 898, U will get #134. Take away #134 from #898, it gives #746. Now nnpc is currently making fuel been sold at #1100. I hate nnpc with every bone of my being

So if the NNPCL's cost of petrol is 15% more than Dangote's, why is the price difference between the two not up to that percentage?
Bro if you want to point errors or make corrections please try to explain better with figures

I love how Dangote Refinery has taken on the NNPCL head-on. NNPCL is basically trying to project its inefficiency on Dangote Refinery. I do not see any reason for the NNPCL press releases when the actual details that Nigerians require are shrouded in secrecy .

Lets assume NNPCL inflated their cost of purchase by 15-20%

So technically, Dangote petrol is about the same price or even more expensive than the NNPCL PETROL.

Tinubu commending Buhari for removing fuel subsidy in 2016. So what else did he remove last year with his bogus- subsidy is gone announcement?

May 12, 2016
Former governor of Lagos, Bola Ahmed Tinubu has expressed his immense support for President Buhari’s decision to remove the fuel subsidy.

In a statement released on Thursday in Lagos, Jagaban said that the Buhari administration made a prudent decision in the removal of the fuel subsidy. The statement read;

“We all want fuel at a cheaper price. under the subsidy, we got the right price but not the fuel. Meanwhile, some were getting rich on the common man’s predicament. They were laughing to the bank while the rest of Nigeria waited in the petrol line. This is not the way to democratic development. It is a recipe for creating a class of economic predators that would feed off the people and in time gain such power and wealth that they would seek to buy and control if not own government as well.

President Buhari has with this decision put an abrupt and just end to this assault against our economy and political system. He has made a courageous and prudent decision. It is time to end the fuel subsidy and to begin to subsidize the true needs of the people.
To Mr. President, I say congratulations for having the courage to remove the subsidy. The President has taken this tough decision in the interest of the present and future generations of Nigerians.

For some time, I have been a proponent of this action. I believed ending of subsidy was the only sure way to put to sleep the myriad demons that had invaded the subsidy process, sucking the blood of Nigeria, swallowing much of our needed money.

Finally someone with a brain just did the math.

For those expecting him to name the price, you no wise at all, someone the govt and marketers are fighting and also looking for ny excuse to lay blames on him is not expected to be foolish. He won't break any agreement he's got with NNPCL and the hawks by revealing what they've told him not to say.

He also just told you guys that subsidy is still being paid!

Simple truth is that there is no Leadership in Nigeria. No leaders but a bunch of usurpers always grabbing and running away with it like the tribulation Tinubu said and his doing.

What would it take a President, father of the nation to call the parties involved and the stakeholders together in a meeting, resolve this issue for the sake of making life easy a little for your citizens but No....Tinubu wouldn't do that because he's a fleece to the meals that's in the cooler. Tinubu is so unpresidential in attitude and disposition. He looks timid, like a captured criminal, fugitive managing to live. He's not active at all but very congenial to corruption and other awkward things.

If Dangote names the true price, the FG and NNPC will stop supplying him fuel. They need him to make the price look the same as Malta-imported fuel.

Its a big shame that Nigeria Government has 4 different Refineries but can't maintain anyone, instead they depend on individual to be refining for them....
