The Iranian President is talking himself into a position where he will be globally regarded as a clown.
He is saying Iran is not supplying Russia short range ballistics, which is technically a LIE. He is saying Iran does not support Russia in Ukraine, which is obviously UNTRUE. Everyone in the west knows that he is just a figure head, who does not command the revolutionary guard corps.
