EFCC Chairman, Ola Olukoyede, orders an investigation into Bobrisky’s claims that he was charged N15 million to resolve his money laundering case with the EFCC.

The claims was brought to light by activist VeryDarkMan who posted a recorded phone call of Bobrisky with another individual.

The recorded call which revealed a lot also involved other high ranking individuals who allegedly assisted Bobrisky while he was "locked up".

If EFCC could collect bribe to drop charges. That means the charges they make are usually bogus to threaten their victims in order to swindle them of their money! This is grave offense for an anti-corruption body. Bobrisky needs to be pardon of all charges after this revelation and paid a hefty sum by EFCC.

It is good to call the ills of the society. But ensure you have iron-cast evidence when you want to go against the top echelon. You mentioned the Comptroller-General of prison. It is possible the Comptroller-General was not aware and his name was only dropped to inflate the money to be fleeced from Bobrisky. The persons managing the prison where Bobrisky was kept could execute this and settle his boys while dropping the name of the CG. Hence, I said they must have iron-cast evidence.

As for the unnamed godfather, VDM needs to be careful here. These people will go to any length to protect themselves. If you don't know them and see you are getting close, you are in danger.

As for Femi Falana allegedly collecting money to negotiate a pardon, they must find out the difference between morality and business. Femi Falana SAN was doing his legal business if true.

Finally, kudos to the EFCC boss for taking prompt action to investigate those implicated. EFCC agents must be monitored, especially their conversations, transactions and who they see. This is an aspect the US is very good at. Anyone working for them is under the radar 247.
