NEPA just wipe my meter unit. Now showing 0.00 I have tried loading it several times with unit credit but they refused to load. It’s more like nepa is set to increase electricity tariffs Is anyone experiencing it? |

I'm convinced that our various institutions like the political class are so insensitive and hell bent on making life more difficult for the citizens. nairalanda1:kyc? No. I’m not the owner of the property. Its a rented one. And i will soon pack out. So why should i do kyc on a meter I’m using temporary and is not mine. And besides what are the requirements for the kyc. |

fineboynl:You did not load the KTC tokens to enable your meter accept the new units. Go online and search for the website of your Distribution Company. They should have instructions on how to obtain your meter's KTC tokens. 1 Like |
