For years now, Nigerians have been complaining about the atrocities of these Fulani- herdsmen against the innocent citizens of Nigeria, yet the FG is not seen to be doing something to punish these murderers.

Everybody want SW :that is, every ethnic groups want to either claim SW or displace the indigenous inhabitants. It happened during the Fulani war and during the Biafra war but failed and it will continue to fail .

I prefer The Yorubas standing alone : the Yorubas have been doing well for themselves and have built at least two empires and several kingdoms before the amalgamation.

The amalgamation setback the Yorubas development.

Nigeria as a platform is more resourceful than Yoruba as a platform: Nigeria comprises different resources from Human to natural that if well harnessed will benefit individuals more than what they can get in their respective ethnic nations .

Am I in support of the atrocities committed by other ethnic groups against my ethnic group ? Of course the answer is no ! But I understand that we are not one but forced together by "superior power" . Also ,I understand there's infirmities in such union but we can only apply diplomacy until it can no longer be resolved by jawjaw.

I also understand that each ethnic groups have several tribes,the fulanis have Tuareg,Bororo etc ,the Igbos have several tribes ,same applies to the Yorubas . In the Yorubas for instance ,we only became peaceful just before the invasion of the British,there's civil wars for 16 years . Same applies to other ethnicities. What's my point ,even if we break up ,the disparity and chaos will only devolve into intra ethnic and evolve into international chaos with neighbours.

What's my position? "Anyone" that attacked my ethnic group while hiding under the umbrella of one Nigeria should be attacked but anyone that pursue peace with my people should be attended to with peace .

If these rhetoric questions (attached below is your comment) are not an insult to you then you must be a retard . Now ,before I use the word "retardation" ,show me where I insulted you .

Using France and UK is a simple analogy and a trap that I set . France and UK are not in the same country but they still want to kill each other and have engaged themselves in several wars . Which means that even if Nigeria disintegrated, there will still be "international wars and confrontations" between former Nigeria ethnic nations . Therefore, disintegration is not the solution to wars and confrontations,it will only amplify the tension .

Also,we've seen countries that are heterogeneous like Canada that are still coexisting and even countries like UK where Ireland don't want Britain and wants to kill them and vice versa and even Russia with the Chechnya . This reminds me of USSR that disintegrated but now they're killing each other. Russia vs Ukraine, Azerbaijan vs Armenia .

I made no excuse for either the Hausa/Fulanis or the Igbos that we always have issues with but if we are still one country ,we can be tolerance of each other and look at the bright sides while we continue to resist the bad sides .
