Please does exceeding the Total watts oof charge controller does damage to it. For example 12v is(260 watt) for 20amps CC. And you want to connect 300w to it will it affect it.

your solar output can never reach 300W if rated 300W, in my opinion you can very well use it

For inverter that don't have editable settings
Look out for
1. the maximum charge voltage
2. The charging current (this is very important)
If your charge current is too Much, you BMS may then to flicker.

I think this inverter has a charge current regulator 10A and 20A button behind the inverter.

Thanks for your input, the Mercury 2.4VA inverter has the Charge Current Regulator at the back- 10A and 20A depending on the battery capacity connected.

u mean lead acid? If yes, u can't compare lithium with lead acid at all. Lead acids depth of discharge is just 50% while lithium can go down to 80%. It's by far better than lead acid as in by faaaar.

Share a picture of the controller showing it's specs. It's even likely it's not compatible with lithium.

A single 625W jinko panel may be more cost effective and saves space.

Seriously doubt compatibility with lithium, a quick Google search says it's not.

However, max VoC is 50V so a single high wattage panel with a VoC under 50V is perfect.
