There are many things you fail to understand about Efik and Ibibio it will be so good that you ask the people from both sides in other to get the juice right and not these faulty and miss informed write-up
Firstly there is nothing like "Efik-Ibibo" as there is nothing like Igbo-Nri but igbo.

Please always respect people ethnicity that Efik-Ibibo stuff is a kind of belittling Efik ethnic group and that is not acceptable.

There is no portion of land in Cross River that is owned by Ibibio they are migrants just like every other ethnic groups, but you can see Efiks in Akwa Ibom state,in Itu, Eñwañ, Ókóbó, and Mbo are all Efiks and are citizens of Akwa Ibom state.

Efik can also be found as natives in western Cameroon, Malabo, United States etc.

The term Abasi is Efik word , strangers like you will find it difficult to understand the difference between us because you have failed to ask questions from them all

Please do more research on this subject before posting stuffs like these again

Efik is not Ibibio dialect as it is clear that the language Efik was and is the language of commerce,trade and education so Ibibio having to speak it today is never a surprise.

If you are advocating and is advertising your Ibibio it is all good but please stay clear Efik and stop spreading faults information about Efik and her kingdom

There is Efik bible that you Ibibio use till these day. You people have tried your best to print Ibibio bible but have not been approved because you don't want to be identified as Efik yet you want Efik a king of her own to come down to your level even sef below your level as a sub tribe of Ibibio how come?

If we were one why did your ancestors ask the European to recognize Ibibio as a separate ethnic group was it around 1900s like that it is well documented for those who actually want to get the facts right please make google your Friend

I will like the man/woman who post these information to kindly differentiate between the names or reflective attributes of God in Calabar(Efik) and in Ibibio.
If an Ibibio man pray in His dialect , will the Efik man say He does not understand?
What is calabar?
Is it the name of a tribe or person's?
What is wrong with these people?
Please spot out the major differences there for me or else you just have to stop dividing brothers apart.
