let even assume anambra state did not have an investment in that company, do u know how much revenue in terms of tax that company is generating for anambra state govt by simply citing the company on their land?
do u know how many anambra indigenes that the company has provided job for?
people working in that company will also pay tax too to the state govt.

create revenue for the state in terms of tax
remove many people out of the street in terms of job creation
anambra still have a stake in the company
