Truly there are witches but they are just normal humans like everyone else who are seeking for protection from the spirit realms as they would love to avenge themselves if anyone tries to intimidate or oppress them.

Well, witchcraft is a spiritual practice so it is difficult to know a person physically is a witch without spiritual discernment.
There is no legal backing to destroy anybody physically because of witchcraft. This is why it is important for believers to understand that the weapons of our welfare are not carnal(physical)but mighty through God…2Cor.10:4
You must be spiritually grounded and empower to overcome and destroy the witches in the spirit realms. Act 1:8
Jesus during in his lifetime will have demons screaming are thou come to destroy us. Luke 4:34, implying He was destroying them spiritually. If believers take their spiritual position serious as bible as said, ye are now seated with Christ above all principalities and powers (Eph1:20-21) then no cause for alarm. With this conscious you rule and dominate at will by the power of God over any witches or power of darkness.
You must avoid sin at all cost because that is main instrument that the enemy will use to sink and suck power of God away from believers.
