The clowns would rather look to quiet the situation by threatening VDM who is himself removed from the main problem. The issue is real. The EFCC and Prison board have confirmed it by their actions this last week, so it needs to be dealt with. The problem is the House of Reps seems unprepared to in fact call on those who should be.

Someone can rape your daughter and upon arrest and conviction, he won't go to jail but will pay money and chill in an apartment. One day, he will leave there, come to your place, kill you and your wife and then go back to the apartment.
In officials records, he's in jail and couldn't have been in your place to kill you. That's alibi backed by law enforcement records.
