They made out time to investigate the issue because:It is alleged that convicted criminals pay millions to be housed in luxurious lodges instead staying inside prison!

And that law-enforcement agents collect millions to drop charges preffered on criminals.

A prison official? And if no, he/she was admitted into the prison by an official. Mention names.
3. How did you pay in prison?
It means you had access to a phone or POS device and even if someone visited you and did it on your instruction, that person is now an accessory to the crime. Mention names.
4. How were you moved out of the prison to the private facility? You passed through prison gates and officials. Mention names. Point out faces.
5. You were returned to the prison at some point and you walked out of the gates on the day of your release. Mention names involved.

Remember, he was specially incarcerated. And so, if he could easily plead that the prison folks threatened to take his special status away from him if he did not pay up. The details will go towards corroborating this too since there is no way that special status came for free.

Lots of "according to". Unless they can provide the phone used in the chat that shows the number been chatted with is Bobrisky and has the incriminating chats, all this"evidence" is hogwash. A 2-penny lawyer will rubbish it in no time.
