Someone just confirmed the speed is now rubbish, is this true please?


I just wanted to enjoy the unlimited data for one month on streaming, won't be worth it, if it's slow.

The speed is very OK in my side. I use it stream Netflix as well as premier league

It slips here when streaming at times you can watch without skipping though and there's no 5G network here too

My airtel unlimited 5g router stop working earlier today when the rain started. Is any one having same issue or am just the only person..

It's network it should be working now

Remove the sim and put in your phone it should work

The network is very slow over here. Hope it's not that they have throttled the speed?

You can use another sim to test the speed and compare, it's not crazy fast here but it gets everything I want to do done

And that's why I'm using it

Yeah but I noticed they limit the speed after a particular usage has been exceeded but can't tell if it's 1TB. How do you monitor usage?

What could be the reason behind this bellow on the screenshot..

Other devices will be connected but on this phone, it will keep say private DNS server cannot be accessed.

It will succeed only when I switched off the router multiple times..

Pls help

It's network issues restart your router it should go back to normal

You can't exactly monitor the usage

The recent router that I'm currently using you can't check the data usage but some other Airtel router has the option.

But you can use app on your phone to know exactly how much you've used or use glasswire for pc

Information getting to me is that Airtel 4g &5g router and mifi prices would be increased soon!
if you planning to get any get it fast now before it become really expensive

I just newly bought the router from a friend who works at Airtel and he sold it to me for 45k.. once I charge it and I use it and the battery goes down, it’s never coming up again even when I’ve connected the charger to it. It will just on cuz it’s connected to the charger. Once I remove the charger, it goes off. This is the second battery I’m using in a week of the newly bought router

This cost about 25k at Airtel office even with the unlimited plan that comes with it. If you added about like 5 to 10k the money can buy 5G router from Airtel.

My humble opinion go to another Airtel office and confirm the price and go and confront your friend because that one no be friend ooo


Also I've been noticing battery decline in my own too from about 5hrs to about 2hrs now

Check if the battery is connected to the connector very well

They do actually but it's fiber they'll have to run wire to your house and very few areas are eligible and you cannot move it around like Airtel na one place e go dey

so far so good i've been able to use close to 100gb (me and my household) in the last 6days.. I'm enjoying the data plan sha

The speed is not all that great so it will even take you a while before you get to like 500gb or something

I saw someone post that stuff throttle after getting to 1TB it's very unlikely you'll be using that much data in a month

I use showmax, at times I watch on twitter as well, just search for the two clubs playing and it shows. I also recently started using hesgoal as well
