Firstly, constitutionally he is not obligated to heed to Mr. President proposal because he is not under Mr. President command neither are they from the same party. Constitutionally Mr. President went beyond his bounds.

Secondly, out of respect he has for Mr. President he heeded to some of the proposal but Wike wasn't comfortable about SIM having PDP Rivers State structure under his control. He want to be the one controlling the structure and also dictating the rhyme of his government. The number of his commissioners that resigned confirmed this assertion by the post they held in SIM's cabinet. They are all lucrative positions.
In Yoruba parlance, they say, won fun ni lediye sin, a tun di okun ese mu (you cannot give a person hen to tent for you and still hold on to the twine. The same thing Wike will never tolerate in this world and the world to come. A person that ordinary noise making when he is talking, he lampoon the person.
Wike is an insatiable human being, as he wish to elevate himself to the class of God just because he wants to be like Tinubu but forgetting that state peculiarity differs.

As at the last count is Wike that I see that is restless trying to exert his authority that he doesn't have in Rivers State. I just pity the good people of Rivers State because Wike's greed will still send many to their early grave. His ambition alone has sent many to mother's earth since 2015 and I am sure if not tamed,any will be added to the roll call.
If you look at the account, many Nairalander that are indigene of Rivers are not supporting him. The only set of people fighting for him here are APC and Tinubu's supporters just because he rigged for Tinubu in Rivers State.
Write it down Wike won't have the last laugh in this game of the throne because the good people of Rivers State are solidly behind their governor and won't submit the state to Wike because of his selfish interest. It's just a matter of time, Wike will be humbled and alterly destroy politically.
