He also wanted fubara to defect to the apc, how? Was it apc who voted him there? You can't reap where you didn't sow. His people will never forgive him if he does that. Supreme Court earlier declare that all state should conduct their LGA election.
The judgemnt of Rivers State High Court is a follow up to Supreme Court declaration, so no Court have power to stop LGA election.

What about the LG autonomy supreme court judgement mandating all states without duly elected lg to conduct elections within 90 days?
