Plese how many bags of cement will be enough for flooring a 3 bedroom flat with total floor area of 97sqm? And what reasonable price should a bricklayer charge for this?

I think its better to ask for the size of the area that needs flooring in square metres and give the result here for clear quantification. cos no one here knows how big your room and living spaces are.
