Ttalk:Akwuzu SARS was a federal unit of police, that's why its called Federal SARS, the governor has little or no control over the unit, even when the IGP/IRT team was formed they pulled most of them from SARS... So the federal government should be held responsible for their actions... |
| Re: Has Twitter Replaced Nairaland In Tribalism? by ChiefJusticeFuc: 12:45pm On Oct 03, 2024 |
Brendaniel:Liar. Nzeribe outlined why a Yoruba man must not be President stating "we don't like them nor do we trust them". You 0koros are born liars like your father Ekwensu |
| Re: Has Twitter Replaced Nairaland In Tribalism? by ChiefJusticeFuc: 12:52pm On Oct 03, 2024 |
Brendaniel:Every police detachment is a federal unit ode. Is there state police in Nigeria ? And fyi, the governor has more than enough powers to check the excesses of the police since all those arrested by the police must be arraigned in a competent court. Most of the cases Awkuzu SARS handled were within the jurisdiction of a State High Court that had State government appointed judges and prosecutors . The state governor also had the powers to convene a judiciary inquiry into the activities of SARS and also to set up a seperate judiciary watchdog on the activities going on in Awkuzu SARS. The state government had the powers to swear in and deploy Ombudsman officials drawn from civil society groups to conduct an independent investigative report which will be submitted to the State minister of justice and handed to the Prosecutor's office for further action. |

ChiefJusticeFuc:You said every police is federal which I never claimed was not federal but we are talking about SARS specifically, that's why I focused on it.. So you are saying a state governor can order a federal police to kill people in a state and dump their bodies in a river without approval from the federal authority? |
| Re: Has Twitter Replaced Nairaland In Tribalism? by Ttalk: 1:01pm On Oct 03, 2024*. Modified: 1:42pm On Oct 03, 2024 |
Brendaniel:But you all claimed Tinubu and SanwoOlu ordered the Lekki Tollgate killing. Was that not the reason you termed Tinubu terrorist? Or Tinubu is the one financing MNK and IPOB |
| Re: Has Twitter Replaced Nairaland In Tribalism? by ChiefJusticeFuc: 1:02pm On Oct 03, 2024 |
Brendaniel:Every Police officer even the IGP is answerable to a sitting Governor . The governor remains the number 1 law official in any state . FYI, most criminal cases are arraigned within the State judiciary circuit courts be it Magistrate or State High Courts which are staffed by State judiciary officials . Stop trying to absolve Obi of Awkuzu killings because we know that Obi's office was inundated with series of pettitions by victims and their survivors . Obi even went ahead to lobby the then IGP to not transfer James Nwafor out of Awkuzu SARS when word reached the IGP on several atrocities being committed in that station. Was it not same Obi who recommended James Nwafor to his successor , Obiano to be appointted as CSO to government House? |
| Re: Has Twitter Replaced Nairaland In Tribalism? by Brendaniel: 1:05pm On Oct 03, 2024 |
ChiefJusticeFuc:Firstly, thay statement came from only one man Nzeribe, is he the voice of the Igbos, I can't count how many of your people and times I have seen your people post that an Igbo man will never be president... Even at that the same Igbos voted for OBJ twice with over 90% percent votes... Doesn't that tell you that he wasn't speaking for all Igbos? Even if we are to reject a Yoruba man, it will be someone like Tinubu who is a complete fraud and we have been proven right... So what exactly is your point here? |
| Re: Has Twitter Replaced Nairaland In Tribalism? by ChiefJusticeFuc: 1:07pm On Oct 03, 2024 |
Brendaniel:But you were just now defending Nzeribe's racist article . I am really happy Obi contested the last elections because it exposed that your ethnic agenda is still very much alive. |
| Re: Has Twitter Replaced Nairaland In Tribalism? by Brendaniel: 1:09pm On Oct 03, 2024 |
ChiefJusticeFuc:From your first line I know you want you throw lies because you have declared the governor of a state the commander in chief of the armed forces... That means we have 36 commander in chief of the armed forces... Who appoints the IGP? Who appoints the commissioners? Who promotes the police officers?. Who pays them salary ? They say he who plays the piper controls the tune.. You are a joker... |
| Re: Has Twitter Replaced Nairaland In Tribalism? by Ttalk: 1:20pm On Oct 03, 2024 |
Brendaniel:Stop yarning dust. Every governor is number 1 chief Security officer of his state. Don't try to absolved Peter Obi, of Awkuzu murder. Nwafor was his right man. |
| Re: Has Twitter Replaced Nairaland In Tribalism? by Brendaniel: 1:22pm On Oct 03, 2024 |
ChiefJusticeFuc:Yes he said during the election period and he didnt use the word never like some of your people do So Tinubu that is president now is not a Yoruba agenda? You guys actually accuse people of what you people are doing even when the people you accuse have no intention of doing it, because you want to divert attention of the evil you guys are currently doing...

| Re: Has Twitter Replaced Nairaland In Tribalism? by Brendaniel: 1:29pm On Oct 03, 2024 |
Ttalk:Then why can't they appoint the commissioner of police? Chief security officer is a ceremonial title, commander in chief of the armed forces is the one in charge.. Or do you think the title is just for decoration? |

| Re: Has Twitter Replaced Nairaland In Tribalism? by ALTERNATEID: 3:40pm On Oct 03, 2024 |
Brendaniel:And that makes sense to you? If you tell me that Yoruba cannot be president this year and I also respond that Igbo can’t be president ever, what’s wrong with that? When you show hatred to someone, don’t cry about how the person reacted. |
| Re: Has Twitter Replaced Nairaland In Tribalism? by softtorce: 3:42pm On Oct 03, 2024 |
So I now need to go to Twitter to see hate, you have forgotten Igbo hate on Fulani for the entirety of Buhari 9 years or you are just being deliberately stupid n senseless. 9japride: |
| Re: Has Twitter Replaced Nairaland In Tribalism? by softtorce: 3:56pm On Oct 03, 2024 |
Like I reteitrate you are destiny to perish from foolishness which as plagued your foolish ipob head. Fulani never kidnapped any Oba school children or any other nonsense you have to spew. The Yorubas know every society have criminals committing various atrocities that is why we do not tagged nor blame Fulani for any of the crimes you listed. If we are to by your foolish senseless reasoning of blaming a tribe for the crimes of criminals on their tribe God know not a single Igbo will be left in Lagos with your fake drugs, fake products of any kind n all kinds, kidnapping, daredevil armed drugs you are renowned for in Yorubaland. softtorce:Gbam. I don't even see Fulani as much of a threat as those selling fake drugs, fake baby food, fake drinks e.t.c These ones are the real killers..Like I always tell people, if Nigeria had good regulatory agencies, ibos would not be able to do any business in Nigeria. They are the biggest benefactor of the rot in the Nigerian system. |

softtorce: Igbos don't hate Fulanis, they only hate the killer herdsmen. People like you never sees anything wrong with the killer herdsmen. They caused havoc in the whole country for complete 8 years and no one touched them. The only crime of the Igbos was that they were calling out the government. |

ALTERNATEID:You see why you people sometimes behave like you have comprehension issues... So you don't know the difference between: 1. I don't want to eat rice 2. I can never eat rice If you don't know the difference in both then whoever sponsored your education may have just wasted money and time on you... |

ChiefJusticeFuc:Simple, just tell us you hate us for no reason instead of lying and trying to blackmail us that the reason for the hate is because of what we did or did not do in order to justify your hatred towards us.... Be straightforward with it |
