An oil producer might be producing and selling oil feasibly at $55 per barrel, but news of war outbreak in an oil producing nation or changes in market demand may lead to oil prices raising to $65 or above.

Dangote refinery is having monopoly again over fuel price, when we have dormant refineries the government does not want to refine fuel for Nigerians the same dangote that took loans from foreign agencies, of which over 70% of his refinery is owned by foreign body and that's why many refineries abroad closed down.
