If Wike is not humbled, another person may want to try that nonsense. All states cannot be like Lagos. Lagos have allowed itself to be control by one man but it won't be possible in many states of the federation.
But are you aware that supreme court had mandated states with no elected officials at the local government to do so within three months of their ruling? Should Fubara disobey supreme court judgement and obey lower court? The answer is in your court.

Which should SIM obey? Supreme court that says all states with no elected officials should do so within three months of their ruling or a lower court that says INEC should not provide voters' register to RSIEC? I don't think there is any judgement that surpass that of the supreme court of the land in Nigeria. Fubara is not disobeying court order but only acting on superior order of the court of law. It's a settled case that supreme court order supersedes that of the lower court.
I advise Wike and his gang of thieves and hoodlums to continue shopping for court orders while the supreme court had rendered their orders useless as a superior court of order. God is great.

The should wait or appeal the interim judgement because INEC n other organs responsible may decide not to recognize the elected members due to the court order and people will start shouting partiality.

There is no case of Caretaker Committee with supreme Court. The order for LGA election was made during the declaration for LG Autonomy.
This declaration stated that all states of the federation must conduct LGA election on or before 30th October 2024.( 10 stated already Adhere to the directive ).
Fubara is in the right part, lesser court can't override supreme court.
Also note that LGA election is state election not federal and Federal High Court has no business around it.

You can decide not to conduct the election and the law won't hold you responsible rather you won't receive the allocation meant for LG until you conduct it.
