I want to know why despite countries accusing USA for one thing or the other I have never heard or seen any country send ballistic missiles into the USA . Please enlighten me .

War dwells more in propaganda and whoever controls the spread seem to have upper hand in the war.
But the truth will definitely be known with time. If the damage done to Israel was of significant, by now, every where would be in turmoil.

But Israel won't let Iran slip away with it. They'll definitely strike Iran.

The USA is extremely far from the countries accusing them. The only countries hostile to the USA are poor and weak countries (Cuba and Venezuela).

Isreal intercepted not less than 90% of all the hypersonic cruise missiles fired by Iran.

Isrealis are even celebrating it till now, they're calling it a miracle that nothing was hit except for a few Isreal allowed fall into water and open fields....

In fact I am still wondering why Pissrael is not allowing neutral observers and international journalists to get access to the targeted sites Iran claimed hit.
They are really hiding something.

Iron dome is a short range interceptor, and it is not designed to intercept a ballistic missile instead the Arrow, David Sling, THAAD and Patriot systems are what the IDF uses for their long range defenses.

Short answer: No, Iron dome system did not fail. Iran send ballistic missiles and is not designed for that.
