9months * 30 =270 days

4,200,000 / 270 = approximately 15,500 a day.

My question is what does she do?

At least when I was a kid, you dare not be seen in possession of a 1 Kobo coin with twin towers/like ECN powerline without a VERY good reason. Otherwise, you'd be in soup.

Yes, 9ja was once a better place with good values.

lol.

Many people in this country make over 50K profit on a daily.

Even some salary earners daily wage is more than 20K.

Yea well, that only applies to childhood and I remember it was so when I was growing up in the 90s... Since the early 2000s i.e. the genesis of "yahoo yahoo" nobody cared to know how you made money ooo... Just make money sha!

I know Nigeria will definitely return to God's intended position. Our generation (millennials) has a lot to do cos we're now the ones saddled with the task of leading the country right. All the greedy old politicians who dragged Nigeria to its knees shall surely face judgment.

Indeed, social media has totally denied people the use of their brain.

Has this brainless fish ever thought of the consequences of revealing this on the social media?

Actually you are still on a loss...
Why did you no buy bonds or even save in a bank to gain interest. With 4m you should be getting about 300k P.A

Like you said sapa make you break the save. Meaning you are just about to loss all of it to expenditure.

Where is the wisdom in all of it?

You, yourself need that wisdom. She was saving that money bit by bit on daily basis, she didn't keep 4million naira at home at once. It is now she can decided to invest the money. This is saving up towards a target

Nigerians won't ask questions, they'll say you're a hater once you question the source...
Questions are good. Those who ask questions are better version of human beings.

Even someone who earns N1m monthly can't realistically save 15k daily, cos that's about 450k monthly. She might have a business, but even at that, you wouldn't open your piggy bank to show the whole world, so I'm calling this cap 🧢!
So, when you save 450k a month out of 1 million a month, you mean the remaining 550k is not enough to your other needs? Because I don't understand you. This is a country where majority of people who earn 6 digit salary are still on low 6 digits like 100k, 200k and at most 400k.

The whole concept of a savings box is to be putting spare change in it. It is not supposed to replace a normal bank account. If we are to believe this post, this means that this woman saves an average of ₦15,500 everyday in her kolo, which sounds absolutely ridiculous

She do lose value sha. It isn't wise to save in Naira these days except if it's for a few days time. Better one buys a commodity say maize and sell it off later when ready. Or convert the little savings to USD at the end of every month, and reconvert back to Naira at the end of the target date.
You can see that we are all enemies of naira. Government should ban circulation of dollar in this country and the value of naira will go up.

Unfortunately she can't, she already gave her reason for breaking the safe. Sapa don touch her... She said she intended to break it in January but sapa don hit her, and she's the one handling everything in the house. Meaning she's the bread winner now.
That tells me that she's just going spend it of surviving.

I know a bank that can pay her 27,000 monthly for just having 4.2m sitting in their bank. That's a 344k yearly

I think this a better way to save, and I know where she can get a bond that will bring back 20% which is 840k

The lady just caught a big bird and set it free again

Is your local currency dollar? South Africans, Chinese and other nations talk about their local currency. It's our uncontrollable taste for foreign goods and importation is responsible.
