oga politics aside, this is not true. Kidnappings and banditry are still in full force. Social media doesn't cover it all. Just few weeks back some people were kidnapped at lokoja, coming from Enugu. Another set at around obajana area coming from the East. I don't know why these politicians tell lies like this. I travel a lot by road and I must tell you I have heard too many stories from my fellow passengers and drivers about kidnapping and high way robbery this year alone. It doesn't need to happen to me before I will confirm that Ribadu is telling lies. Let him travel by himself on the road na and do a video of it to confirm his lies. The roads are so bad and that is why the kidnappers and bandits take advantage of it.

Last month the vehicle I booked but ended up not going with because I fell sick was shot at by bandits in the early hours of the morning. It was when I went back the following morning to the bus company park to travel after I switched my ticket for the following day that I was told what happened to the bus. But thank God none of the passengers were kidnapped or killed . So please don't believe these politicians.

Just got into Lagos yesterday and the bus that left from the same park with me, heading to porthacourt was ambushed by bandits. The passengers were able to escape. The woman sitting besides me got a call on her phone hours after we had been on the road. Her mother was in the bus heading to porthacourt while she was In the same bus with me going to Lagos. She was inconsolable in the bus, lamenting that her mother was calling her somewhere inside a bush around etche. Our journey became a gloomy one because at that point yesterday a lot of us were silently praying for Us to get to our destination safely
