You vote whom you want and I want whom I want. I don't exactly get it.

Is the structure a matter of party or a candidate? If either party want to rig the election, then they can certainly do it irrespective of the party, so what is the fuss. The electorate would vote the APP or PDP candidate as the case may be, so what is this all about?
