The southern region ar3 quite close that's why I said nobody knows. It could go any way and bias or anecdotal evidence which isn't quite empirical or valid plays some roles. But the disparity between borth is quite wide. Even in universities, in state ministries and certain people occupying level 14 to 16 in some states are almost uneducated. A lot of the administrative staff can't read or write English correctly. If you've ever had business that involved interacting with government officials in Northern states you'll not find it funny

coming from someone who has never been to the south east. We are in the computer age now, yoruba Oluwale media and journalism cannot deceive anybody again.

Instead of looking for the best candidate based on qualifications, people vote based on sentiment. The western and southern Nigeria has more unqualified teachers that's why there are more almajiris in those regions than the north. That's why there is a professor in almost each home in the north than the south. That's why highest WAEC and JAMB Scores always come from the north than those regions. That's why Cowbell competition is always won by the north!
