He's trying to ease mobility and transportation of economic goods within the country. However the translation of these into the middle class and lower class eco- system will take a longer time as the upper class always put a lid and stopper on resources and income distribution downward thereby making it trickle rather than pumping down to them. An aggressive measure should start from bottom up! Let the rich be forced to pump their amass wealth into the exo-system of the poor and middle class. |
