Voting has commenced in Unit 11 Ward 12 Ubimini in Emohua Local Government Area of Rivers State.

This country is too funny , too much daily drama. But how can just one man be holding a whole state to ransom.
So the plan was to stop Rivers state from collecting the federal allocation all along. Even though I'm not in support of any politician (they are all fighting for their pockets), I commend Fubara to taking a bold stance.
