Mazi Afam just shot himself in the foot for making a partial statement on the matter. Is NBA a party to the Suit? Has it filed processes to be joined to the Suit? Can an agency of State lend its hand in support of an election put in place in flagrant disobedience of the extant order of a court of competent jurisdiction? That is the issue! If the losing party feels there was ballot box stuffing and snatching, they need to go to court to prove how the ballot box problems affected them and caused their loss.
If they prove their case then the election may be nullified or whatever.

So in summary a court would not nullify an election simply because they heard of ballot box stuffing and snatching but a court can nullify if it is proven how that affected the election.
