There were some places voting did not take place in most of these states and results were declared.
That is where we found ourselves.

Lagos was FCT for over 20 years abi, Abuja has been FCT for how long now but still doesn't come close to Lagos.

Rivers is a shit hole considering the fact that it is an oil producing state with 13% crude derivation fund and with billions of monthly allocations. I don't think that Qatar is even as big as River state but see how far Qatar is.
