Adeboye may be the icon of many but he is a crook to me. Any religious leader that monetises religious worship is a crook. Pure and simple.

Nigeria is such a troubled nation yet religious leaders, rather than offer succour to poor Nigerians who are suffering badly, continue to blackmail and extort the poorest in our society to build expensive private Universities and buy private jets costing 30 million dollars and above.

Those of you who are over-religious and will attack me, first ask yourself whether Jesus lived in the materialistic and money-obsessed fashion all your pastorpreneurs are about.

Religion is about the spiritual salvation of souls and not about prosperity preaching and accumulation of wealth Nigerian fake pastors have made it about.

No. He is a crook leading millions of brainwashed simpletons that Nigeria has failed and rendered hopeless. Hence their desperation to submit themselves slavishly and unquestioningly to anything flawed and crooked "men of God" tell them is ordained scripture.

His focus was on just that..and reason why he quickly added those two lies at the end to keep the people subdued.
