Court orders, whether good or bad, are meant to be obeyed. Why not simply appeal the order and raise a question of urgent constitutional importance before the court of appeal? Fubara will soon learn the hard way.

Instead of coming to test his popularity his jumping from one court to another, he doesn't seem to understand that he has lost it

Wike is becoming very destructive to all do to extreme selfishness.

WIKE NYESON IS NOT A FRIEND OF THE SOUTH SOUTH REGION
One is forced to wonder why River state is a recurring decimal when election cycle comes around. In recent years it is one State in the region where votes are not counted but brazenly allocated to a candidate of the ruling governor’s choice.
In the Jonathan era, Governor Amaechi betrayed the aspiration of the South south for a second term president under his party to massively fund the opposition APC candidate which oust the preferred PDP son of the soil candidate.
After losing in the presidential primaries, Wike equally towed the same like. Despite being a vocal critic of APC , he suddenly took a U-turn and brazenly supervised an electoral process which allocated the state’svotes to little known APC in Rivers state. For that he was rewarded With a ministerial post by the ineffectual Bola Tinubu who benefitted from the illegalities.
Over the years, the PDP has been the preferred party of the south south region. Somehow since the emergence of APC there has been concerted effort to capture the region. And it appears to be winning thanks to the selfish and prodigal politicians produced by the region.
The dominance of PDP in the region will ensure that the people of the region will continue to sound a common voice as it affects the needs of the region as the goose which lays the golden egg.
Wike’s fight with Fubara is not only disgraceful but something akin to treason. His predecessor, despite defecting to APC and serving as minister for over 7 years thereafter never interfere with his governance. But just like him. He’s weakening the power of the party which held the party of the south south people simply for selfish gains.
It’s unfortunate that the people we look up to as south-southerns are constantly selling us out just to oil their personal egos and or ambitions.

Lol! That's the problem! Wike's party whether (PDP or APC) is not contesting in the election. Those contesting will be returned unopposed. Local government elections in Nigeria are a sham and Wike knows this too well! The government in power always take the win. As they say politics is local. I only pity Wike who could not control his unbridled greed and control for power. "Ofone" for him.
