Brainwashing in a religious context is a systematic attempt to force people to accept a certain doctrine, allegiance, or command. It is a colloquial term that can also refer to any technique that manipulates a person's thoughts or actions against their will, knowledge, or desire.
Like of recent Pastor Adeboye of RCCG apologised to members for using a false doctrine on tithing, Pastor Ibiyomi in Portharcout told his members Adam didn't eat Apple but he ate his tithe and was chased out of God's presence, David Oyedepo has his own doctrine on tithing so people can donate.
In the otherhand a popular Radio presenter by Name Daddy Freeze started a program against this false doctrine and he didn't find it easy from attacks from members of this mega churches and thier MOGs.
However, Pastor Damina and some other Catholic Priests have started toeing same idea and reasoning Daddy Freez brought and change has started.
Are Nigerian Christians the most brainwashed?

It's not brainwashing rather it's IDOLATRY!

An idol worshiper doesn't do any findings what he or she wants to hear is that whatever favor he receives is influenced by his idol so no matter what you say though facts and reasonable the idol worshiper will insist that his god will no longer favor him if he should stop idolatry!

Allah says what means:

Religion is a scam, and no religion is exempt. We are talking of men worshipping ideas put forth and sanctioned by other men— religious leaders aka scammers-in-the-lords or whatever other titles you give them. It is just what it is and nothing more. undecided

2. Everyone who is under one religion or another is brainwashed. So, just because you have chosen to make Catholic priests, Abel Damina and even Freeze, your religious heroes does not mean you are yourself not still impacted by the religious brainwashing. Last I checked, Abel Damina, Freeze, and Catholic priests all still hold strong to the religious umbrella of Christianity. undecided
