Nigeria can't work because the tribes merged together have nothing in common. It's very clear to even the blind. The Coordinators and their Affiliates bestowed upon the country by the British are the ones enjoying the country.

Every country in the world faces problems, especially with the current economic downturn. But suggesting that countries with issues should just break apart isn't a realistic solution. If all countries with different tribes facing hardship and terrorism were to disintegrate, we'd just end up with more countries and the same problems.

Arguing that Nigeria should split up because it was formed by merging different tribes doesn't make sense either. There are many countries out there with diverse populations that are doing just fine, like the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada etc. A country made up of different tribes can work if each group has a role in the government and there's a clear agreement on how to work together.

Separating into smaller countries isn't the solution to these issues. African countries should be working together and considering ways to unite, like combining regions like West Africa into a single country. We can't solve our problems by dividing ourselves further.

As for Nigeria, Igbo people seeking independence have valid concerns about their lack of representation in governance. They deserve a chance to have Igbo presidents. The Igbo people have faced challenges that contribute to their desire for separation and also played a role in Nigeria's overall problems, but that's a discussion for another time. Instead of focusing on disintegration, let's address the real issues and find solutions. There are other countries with diverse populations and languages facing their challenges head-on without resorting to breaking apart.

Lol, those sound like some great suggestions, but how do you think we can implement them in the current situation in Nigeria? Suggestions alone won't do the trick - we need policies and initiatives. The first suggestion is "sincerity", but how can we ensure that people are sincere? By forcing them to be sincere? And for the second suggestion, how can we encourage people to help others (who are facing challenges) without waiting until they experience the same thing themselves?

I mean encouraging people to help others doesn't work. Encouraging and preaching are similar in a way, if everyone actually followed these teachings, Nigeria would be in a much better place. The Bible and Qur'an talk a lot about helping others. But let's be real, most people do not practice the values they encourage others to follow. Instead, they use and interpret the religious scriptures to serve their own interests. It's not about just talking the talk (of encouraging people to help others), we need to walk the walk too.
