When you look at the roles the judiciary, the Nigerian Police Force, Wike, and the presidency have played in the build-up to this Rivers LG elections, it confirms the assertion made by Peter Obi of the grand plan for State capture.

These guys are bent on bringing democracy to its knees in this country.
