Nigeria prospered relatively under GEJ because of the works that his predecessor (Obasanjo) had done.

Obasanjo cleaned up many mess, and gave him (GEJ) are rich govt wallet, and debt free account to run his government.

Not significantly due to GEJ's prudence, discipline, or strategic solutions.

He (GEJ) is a good man thou, and just like OBJ, grace was with him.

* The problem with Tinubu is that he inherited an empty purse with over-sized debts from his predecessor (Buhari).
