IGP can continue occupying the LGA, it will not stop governance at the local government council. But anytime you pass and see the council locked you just remembered how the country has failed, they can decide to forget the council rent new offices and work from their, but their allocations can't be stopped, because they tried it with the state allocations and their wishes were not granted

Tell Fubara to honour agreement he entered before becoming the governor. He hadn't money to sponsor himself. He hadn't the capacity to contest. Wike chose him for a purpose which he accepted.
He won't win in this . Inam sure of that. I am also not sure Wike will win but definitely Fubara won't win.

If there was a court injuction,restraining the State Government from going ahead with the LG election,then ,all that was done over the weekend will later be null and void.

There was first a court order in support of the election before Wike and his goons bought a black market judgement to stop the election. So the election is not null and void

No court or government can stop allocation of LGA elected representatives. Not even the APC ordained judges. Tinubu Vs Obasanjo already put that issue to rest. Same power inec uses to announce winners is same power given to state inec in LGA matters.
What makes thiers worse is the state judiciary handling all litigation concerning the exercise and you obviously know who controls the state judiciary.

Wike is a wasting his time.
You can't sue for a case you declared that you're not interested in.

Only parties that declared interest in the election can sue for redress.
He has bn played a smart one.
The case can linger in the Court as long as those sworn in continue to perform their duties as the LG Chairmen.

Another thing now is that Wike has too many people to content with now. No longer SIM alone.
Those LG elected Chairmen will now strongly team with SIM to fight Wike.

we predict things, Tinubu is subtly backing Fubara, I said this since Wike and Fubara fight began. Tinubu knows that Wike is a greedy fellow that can sell his mother just for a plate of soup. Tinubu knew that Wike would be a threat to him 2027, so he lured him with ministerial position and Wike foolishly accepted, not knowing it’s a bait, the removed Wike from state politics knowing fully well Wike would still use River state resources to fund his ambition for 2027 presidency under PDP. Now he began to dismantle Wike structures in Rivers state from Legislative, now to the Local government. Is like stripping Wike naked. Now the next move is to remove him as a minister. Wike thought by openly fighting Atiku and boasting that any governor that supports Fubara would be removed it would favour him. They say pride goeth before a fall, Wike down fall would be disastrous because he has no where to be in both state and federal.
